3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
• Pay the agreed-upon fees in a timely manner.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment details, including rates and deadlines, will be agreed upon before the start of the project.
• We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the final edited video until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Client retains ownership of the original video content provided to us.
• Upon full payment, the Client will own the final edited video, and we grant a non-exclusive license to use the edited video for any purpose.
• We retain the right to use the final edited video in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Turnaround Time

• We will provide an estimated turnaround time based on the complexity of the project.
• Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late submission of materials or unclear instructions) may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Revisions

• We offer 2 rounds of revisions based on the Client’s feedback. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• The Client may cancel the project at any time, but a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed.
• Refunds are not provided for completed work or if the Client is unsatisfied with the final product after the agreed-upon revisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

10. Confidentiality

We will treat all materials and information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law
